Refund Policy – 5 Days

At Zubba, we value our customers and strive to deliver products in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product or a product with a broken/open seal, you are eligible for a refund or replacement under our 5-day refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You can request a refund or replacement if:

  1. The product is damaged during transit.

  2. The seal is broken or tampered with at the time of delivery.

Process to Claim

    within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos showing the damage or open seal

    • Your contact details (+91 6395602905)

  3. Our support team will review your request within 48 hours.

  4. If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Important Notes

  • Refund/replacement requests made after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging (except in cases of open seal).

  • We reserve the right to deny a claim if the evidence provided is insufficient.
