At Zubba, we value our customers and strive to deliver products in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product or a product with a broken/open seal, you are eligible for a refund or replacement under our 5-day refund policy.

You can request a refund or replacement if:

Important Notes

Refund/replacement requests made after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted.
